Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Restaurant Manager role
  • Very strong coaching, team development and mentoring skills
  • Valid Drivers license

Restaurant Manager Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to interact with guests on a regular basis
  • Profit and loss experience preferred
  • Inventory skills, along with building vendor relationships
  • A clear leadership style with a hands-on mentality
