Contracts and Loan Specialist Responsibilities:

Assist and support Real Estate Department with managing lease agreements, real estate contracts
Review all agreements and contracts, ensuring all contracts comply with laws and regulations
Coordinate with legal and financial departments to streamline processes
Present for all closing procedures to ensure all requirements are met
Ability to identify risks and liabilities

Contracts and Loan Specialist Requirements:

BA in Business Admin, Finance or Real Estate
Paralegal certification preferred
3+ yrs working in Contracts and Loans
Hospitality experience is required
