Contracts and Loan Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Real Estate Department with managing lease agreements, real estate contracts
- Review all agreements and contracts, ensuring all contracts comply with laws and regulations
- Coordinate with legal and financial departments to streamline processes
- Present for all closing procedures to ensure all requirements are met
- Ability to identify risks and liabilities
Contracts and Loan Specialist Requirements:
- BA in Business Admin, Finance or Real Estate
- Paralegal certification preferred
- 3+ yrs working in Contracts and Loans
- Hospitality experience is required
