Kitchen Manager needed in TULSA!!!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager for our award-winning and full-service restaurant group in Tulsa!

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
Financial accountability – experience managing finances (costs and labor)
Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation at all times
Execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environment
Run efficient and organized BOH operations

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant environment.
Prefer strong corporate restaurant systems experience with 2+ million in sale volume per year
Strong leadership skill set and highly organized
Desire to grow with a growing restaurant group
Culinary degree is preferred
