Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Human Resources to lead our HR strategy, strengthen our workplace culture, and support the continued growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and execute the company's overall HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
- Build and strengthen a positive, engaging, and people-first workplace culture.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Oversee all HR functions, policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Lead employee development, leadership training, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and an accessible resource for employees.
Qualifications Include:
- 4+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting and managing a workforce of 1000+ employees.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- A people-first mindset with the confidence to influence, lead, and drive change.
