We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Supervisor to lead our human resources operations and serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and payroll administration.

You will play a hands-on role in building a strong, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring our people practices align with business goals. This is an in-person, full-time position ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — particularly one with experience in industrial or manufacturing settings and familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment labor laws
  • Managing employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
  • Administering payroll and maintaining accurate HR records via Dayforce.
  • Delivering training on HR policies, safety standards, and workplace conduct
  • Driving change management initiatives that support organizational growth
  • Partnering with department heads on workforce planning and staffing strategies

HR Supervisor Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance coverage
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Retirement plan

HR Supervisor Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a strong plus
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and administration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment labor laws and OSHA regulations
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives in a growing organization
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as this role involves regular communication with our Mandarin-speaking workforce and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HR information systems, particularly Dayforce or comparable platforms
  • Strong data management and HR reporting capabilities
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
