A beautiful upscale casual restaurant is looking for their new General Manager! Ownership is hands-off and looking for a leader who will manage this beautiful restaurant without constant supervision. Leader must value genuine care and support for their people, and leads with integrity and ethics!

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership
- Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
- Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Experience with training and mentoring
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
- Servant and hands-on leadership style
Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Past experience in a culinary role
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Experience working for an independent restaurant
- Experience with Toast POS
