Regional Director of Operations Salary & Benefits:
- Generous base salary ($150-$175K)
- Attractive quarterly bonus (15%)
- Paid time off

Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities + Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit, multi-state leadership is required
- Managing 15 or more full-service restaurants is required
- Strong financial business acumen, including P+L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management
- Proven track record of team development, including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruiting
- Model authentic, warm guest experience, responsible for instilling great service in team
- Drive expert operational practices and standards and efficiencies
- Travel requirement is approximately 50% (Los Angeles, DC area, and Miami)
