What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruit CDL drivers, dock workers, and support employees
  • Source candidates through job boards, recruiting databases, and outbound calls
  • Make approximately 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls each day
  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs
  • Track candidates and recruiting activity in an ATS/HR system
  • Keep accurate records and ensure candidates continue moving through the process
  • Work toward measurable recruiting and hiring goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with the people skills and work ethic—not necessarily recruiting experience.

  • Restaurant, hospitality, hotel, customer service, sales, or management experience is highly transferable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Positive attitude and professional communication style
  • Competitive and motivated by achievement

A college degree is preferred, but relevant hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience will be considered.
