Recruiting Specialist — Entry Level

We’re seeking an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys connecting with others, developing relationships, and achieving measurable goals. A background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced setting is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• $40,000 base salary plus $250 for every successful hire, with uncapped recruiting incentives
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to prospective professional drivers and CDL students by phone
• Answer inbound inquiries and complete preliminary applicant screenings
• Develop candidate relationships and maintain engagement throughout the recruiting process
• Assist candidates through the application, qualification, and onboarding stages
• Enter and update candidate information accurately
• Schedule required appointments and communicate arrival instructions
• Collaborate with internal departments to keep candidates progressing through the hiring process
• Consistently work toward established weekly and quarterly recruiting targets
