We're partnering with a rapidly growing commercial construction company that's expanding its Flooring Division and looking for a leader to help take it to the next level. This is more than a project management role – it's an opportunity to help build and shape an entire division. You'll oversee existing commercial flooring projects, develop processes, strengthen supplier and subcontractor relationships, and play a key role in the division's long-term growth.

What You'll Do
- Manage commercial flooring projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare estimates and assist with project planning and material procurement.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and existing contractor clients.
- Visit job sites to monitor quality, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
- Develop systems and processes to support a growing division.
- Help recruit, mentor, and build a flooring team as the division expands.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing commercial flooring projects, operations, estimating, or installation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products, including:
- Carpet
- Ceramic tile
- LVT/LVP
- Hardwood
- Other commercial flooring systems
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong estimating, scheduling, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
