Our fast-casual, locally owned restaurant concept in Saint Louis is expanding its leadership crew and seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor for nighttime and closing shifts only. Restaurant Shift Supervisor Benefits

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in casual, QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual restaurants
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must live within STL city limits for long-term success
  • Must thrive during nighttime and closing shifts only
  • Proven leadership style: leads by example, coaches with intent, and upholds operational standards
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a positive attitude are crucial
  • Builds respectful, accountable relationships with crew members
  • Hands-on leadership—this is a role for action-oriented operators, not just task delegators
  • Maintains quality control across dine-in, catering, and delivery service operations
  • Upholds standards and streamlines systems for customer experience
  • Demonstrates consistent punctuality, focus, and decision-making in dynamic settings

Restaurant Shift Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in high-speed food service concepts (e.g., sandwich chains, pizza shops, QSRs)
  • Familiar with structured systems and fast-moving service models
  • Curious, growth-minded, and open to learning and development
