An established, high-volume restaurant is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role is responsible for developing service teams, driving beverage and bar performance, and creating an energetic, hospitality-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching people, building relationships with guests, and achieving strong operational results.
Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits
- $7K–$12K+ annually, paid every 4 weeks

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of dining room, bar, and hospitality operations
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing service teams
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or steakhouse concepts
- Strong understanding of beverage, wine, and cocktail programs
- Track record of improving guest satisfaction while driving sales and profitability
- Calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
