Join a fast-growing infrastructure platform developing next-generation AI and hyperscale data center campuses. We are seeking an experienced Campus Civil Engineer to lead pre-construction planning and infrastructure development for large-scale greenfield campus projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead campus infrastructure planning from site development through construction readiness.
- Coordinate grading, drainage, roads, utilities, water infrastructure, and support facilities.
- Manage civil engineering consultants and multidisciplinary design reviews.
- Support permitting, stakeholder coordination, access planning, and early works execution.
- Drive infrastructure strategies that de-risk construction and accelerate project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale campus or infrastructure development.
- Experience with data centers, industrial campuses, energy, LNG, mining, semiconductor, transportation, or master-planned developments.
- Proven ability to manage engineering consultants and coordinate across multiple disciplines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, greenfield development environment.
Compensation
$165,000–$220,000 base salary plus a comprehensive benefits package.
