Senior Graphic Apparel Designer – Relo

• Competitive base salary up to $135K (Senior) or $100K (Graphic Designer), based on experience
• Annual bonus: 15–30% of salary for Senior level, 10–20% for Graphic Designer
• Relocation available
• Hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday–Thursday

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in graphic apparel design, ideally from a corporate retail background
• Previous leadership, mentorship, or team lead experience preferred
• Proficiency with both concept ideation and hands-on production work

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 4 junior/associate graphic designers (or 2 at the Graphic Designer level)
• Balance high-level creative direction with hands-on, daily production design tasks
• Collaborate closely with other art and product teams to deliver cohesive seasonal stories
• Review and refine both your own and direct reports’ work for quality, originality, and on-brand execution
