Director of Catering

This position is based in Tacoma, WA and will require working onsite.

Luxury Hotel Director of Catering Requirements

• 3+ years as a Director of Catering in a luxury, full-service hotel
• 3+ years of banquet and catering experience
• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business
• Humble, genuine leadership style with no ego
• Stable work history with strong tenure
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the property

Luxury Hotel Director of Catering Responsibilities

• Lead the catering department, driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Grow catering sales through weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing high-profile events.
• Ensure seamless planning and execution of catered events.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the Event Specialist team.
