We're partnering with an established, growing restaurant group seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its successful Columbus locations. What You'll Do

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, and execution.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Create an engaging culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Lead from the floor by supporting both guests and team members.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, food cost, labor, and inventory management.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
