Restaurant Manager

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 Base + Bonus Potential

Full-Service Casual Dining | Waterfront Location | Benefits | 401(k) Match | PTO

Are you an energetic hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We are partnering with a well-established waterfront restaurant to find a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys leading from the floor, building team culture, and working in a fun, high-volume restaurant known for great food, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Coach, mentor, and develop service, bar, and support team members
  • Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and operational execution
  • Ensure consistent service standards while creating a welcoming and energetic dining environment
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, and daily shift execution
  • Partner with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless communication between the front and back of the house
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive and lasting impressions
  • Monitor restaurant performance, labor costs, and operational efficiencies
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships as needed
  • Assist with private events, seasonal promotions, and high-volume service periods
  • Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or hospitality leadership experience
  • Full-service casual dining experience required
  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
  • Experience managing labor, scheduling, and team development
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with POS and restaurant management systems (Toast experience is a plus)
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits
