A premier mountain resort is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee event operations and deliver exceptional service for weddings, corporate meetings, and special events. This role is responsible for leading banquet teams, coordinating flawless event execution, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the highest hospitality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable events.
Banquet Manger Compensation and Benefits

Banquet Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of banquet, catering, or food & beverage leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead banquet teams and execute multiple events simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, service standards, and event coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Banquet Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, or upscale event venues
- Strong understanding of BEOs, event timelines, staffing, and labor management
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining operational efficiency
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams during high-volume events
