We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager / Accounting Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist with key accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a collaborative office environment and has experience supporting accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial record keeping. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations while providing reliable administrative and accounting support to leadership and internal teams.

Assistant Office Manager / Accounting Coordinator Compensation and Benefits

Assistant Office Manager / Accounting Coordinator Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in office management, accounting support, or bookkeeping
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic general ledger functions
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Assistant Office Manager / Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including invoicing and vendor payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger entries and reconciliations
  • Support monthly closing processes and assist with financial reporting preparation
  • Coordinate office operations including vendor communication, supplies, and administrative support
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation
  • Assist leadership with reports, data tracking, and operational coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial and operational processes
