Restaurant Assistant General Manager

$50,000–$60,000 + Bonus | No Late Nights | No Early Mornings

What You'll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on quality, service, and profitability
  • Drive sales while managing food cost, labor, and overall restaurant performance
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and action plans to achieve business goals
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Create schedules that support both operational needs and labor goals
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining brand standards
  • Partner with ownership and field leadership to execute business initiatives and support continued growth

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Quick-service restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience managing restaurant financial performance, including labor and food costs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe® certification (or the ability to obtain certification)
