Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead operations for a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant concept. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational discipline with a positive leadership style and can work independently while driving results.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 kitchen employees
  • Ensure consistent execution of recipes, specifications, and quality standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, food cost, and kitchen performance
  • Build and refine systems, procedures, and operational efficiencies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to achieve operational goals
  • Support business growth while maintaining a high-quality guest experience

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or comparable leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments
  • A combination of corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
  • Tech-savvy and capable of implementing systems and procedures
  • Strong delegation and team development skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
  • High energy with a positive, team-focused leadership style
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000
  • Medical and Dental Insurance (Employer covers approximately 80% of premium costs)
  • Employee healthcare contribution of approximately $25 per week
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Two weeks of paid time off annually
  • PTO eligibility after one year, with one week available after six months
  • Sick time accrued in accordance with state regulations
  • Performance-based bonus program currently being developed
