Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in upscale casual dining environments with annual sales of $8 million or more
  • Must be eligible for and maintain a SIDA badge to work within the airport
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Must maintain applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Monitor and maintain brand standards and service excellence
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure top performance and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the restaurant’s visibility and positive reputation within the airport
  • Proactively address challenges and implement solutions, maintaining smooth workflow
  • Uphold compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations
