Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in upscale casual dining environments with annual sales of $8 million or more
- Must be eligible for and maintain a SIDA badge to work within the airport
- ServSafe certification required
- Must maintain applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong focus on hospitality and exceeding/elevating guest expectations
- Charismatic leadership style and ability to foster a team-oriented culture
- Process-driven approach with a commitment to consistent quality

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Monitor and maintain brand standards and service excellence
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure top performance and guest satisfaction
- Ensure the restaurant’s visibility and positive reputation within the airport
- Proactively address challenges and implement solutions, maintaining smooth workflow
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations
