Seasonal Sous Chef (Summer Season)

Location: Cape Cod, MA

Compensation: $1,700-$1,900 per week + Free Housing & Cape Cod Parking Permit

Seasonal Sous Chef (Six-Month Contract)

This celebrated waterfront dining destination is seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to work with our Executive Chef for this seasonal, high volume, beachside operation.

Seasonal Sous Chef (Summer Season) Perks:

  • Weekly pay: $1,700 – $1,900 (based on experience)
  • Free shared housing provided for the duration of the contract
  • Opportunity to advancement next season
  • Cape Cod Parking Permit

Seasonal Sous Chef (Summer Season) Responsibilities:

  • Support kitchen operations and Kitchen Manager, ensuring quality and presentation
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood
  • Basic administrative duties, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory
  • Monitor and control costs and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Seasonal Sous Chef (Summer Season) Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Assistant Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
  • Knowledge of seafood and contemporary coastal cuisine
  • Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
  • High volume experience
