District Manager Responsibilities
- Lead operations for multiple restaurant locations
- Drive sales, profitability, and performance
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers
- Ensure execution of brand standards
- Monitor labor, food, and operating costs
- Identify and resolve operational challenges
- Support recruiting, training, and team development
District Manager Requirements
- Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Strong P&L management skills
- Proven team development background
- Experience coaching restaurant management teams
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to drive operational consistency
- Drive-thru experience required
