A residential treatment program serving adolescents is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical operations and help lead the nursing team. This role partners closely with nursing and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination of medical services. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader with strong clinical judgment, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting youth and families.

Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements and Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, healthcare compliance, and clinical documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Assistant Director of Nursing Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, psychiatric, or adolescent healthcare settings
- Familiarity with state licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance processes
- Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating multidisciplinary care
- Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or crisis-oriented environments
