Executive Chef

Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with Mediterranean
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily back-of-the-house operations and assist with menu creation.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s high-quality methods, standards, and policies.
  • Train, coach, and develop staff to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
  • Engage with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Manage costs effectively and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and profit goals.
