General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of full-time restaurant experience, including prior supervisory responsibility
• ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of required management training program
• Professional presentation, strong work ethic, and personal integrity
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and inspire high-performing teams

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Passion for fresh food and exceptional customer service
• Capability to create a positive, motivating culture
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop assistant managers, supervisors, and hourly staff to deliver best-in-class guest experiences
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, employee relations, inventory, and cash handling
• Uphold company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Monitor sales, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded
• Foster a cohesive work environment where every team member feels valued and heard
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Perform administrative tasks including payroll, ordering, and compliance with company policies
• Ensure proper preparation, storage, and handling of all menu items, especially pizza dough and oven operation
