Mission Critical Concrete Project Manager Opportunity

A leading commercial concrete contractor is seeking an experienced Mission Critical Concrete Project Manager to lead large scale concrete construction projects supporting high reliability facilities such as data centers, power infrastructure, and water or wastewater facilities.

This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in fast paced, schedule driven environments and understands the urgency and coordination required on mission critical projects.

Mission Critical Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities

Manage mission critical concrete construction projects from contract award through project closeout.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall cost performance.

Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams on sequencing, formwork, pours, and logistics.

Track labor productivity and project performance.

Lead project meetings with clients, field leadership, and internal teams.

Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Resolve project challenges that impact schedule or cost.

Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Mission Critical Concrete Project Manager Minimum Requirements

5 or more years of experience in commercial concrete construction.

Experience managing schedules, budgets, and cost control on construction projects.

Strong understanding of concrete means, methods, sequencing, and field operations.

Experience coordinating with Superintendents and field operations teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites when needed.

Mission Critical Concrete Project Manager Preferred Experience

Experience on mission critical, data center, power, or water infrastructure projects.

Tilt up or vertical concrete construction experience.

Experience using Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or Tekla.
