We are looking for a hard-working and charismatic Front Office Manager to join our boutique property featuring a fine dining restaurant and guest suites. This is a unique position, a hybrid of hotel front desk supervisor and a restaurant host. The ideal candidate will lead all daily Front Office operations and deliver a Five-star, Five-diamond experience to all guests.

Front Office Manager Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of high-end luxury restaurant management experience.
Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible work schedule.
Certification in alcohol awareness and/or CPR is a plus!
Knowledge of impeccable standards, including familiarity with Forbes and Michelin Red Guides.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Resortsuite, and Tock software.

Front Office Manager Standards:

Strong multi-tasking of front office duties, which include, but are not limited to, checking guests in/out, and seating guests in the dining room.
Assist the Director of Hotel Operations in overseeing all front office operations.
Must be financially responsible, staying within the monthly budget, and consistently tracking front office labor to meet the labor budget.
Coordinate with Front Office and Facilities team to ensure alignment.
Assign dining room seating strategically to maximize nightly covers and efficient flow of guests.
