Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

El Paso, TX

Multi-location primary care group serving the El Paso community. We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan with a strong focus on accessibility and continuity of care.

We are seeking a confident, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This is an outpatient primary care role managing a broad patient population including adult and geriatric patients, with some family medicine exposure depending on clinic assignment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced setting, values patient relationships, and can practice with autonomy while collaborating with a physician team.

Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical exams

· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

· Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

· Order and interpret labs and diagnostics

· Provide preventative care and patient education

· Maintain accurate documentation in EMR

· Collaborate with supervising physician and care team

Qualifications

· Active Texas FNP license

· Board Certified (FNP-BC or FNP-C)

· DEA license (or eligible)

· Experience in outpatient primary care preferred

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, but required. Transcription software available in each room.
