Director of Operations –

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, operations, engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services
5+ years in a leadership role
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated project management experience
Lean experience required
Ability to travel up to 30%

Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead regional operations teams to deliver concurrent safety projects with a focus on safe, profitable, and timely completion
Provide direct oversight of operations and project management, emphasizing execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive integration of systems and people during mergers and acquisitions
Champion change management and implement continuous improvement processes and lean principles
Mentor and develop emerging leaders within the organization
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, estimating, engineering, safety, and supply chain teams
Own operational budgets, margin performance, P&L accountability, and cost control
