Project Executive – Farmington, PA

Relocation Required

Seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead complex, multi-unit capital, construction, and renovation projects across the country. This role directly supports ownership.

Project Executive – Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive base salary up to $200,000, commensurate with experience
Annual performance-based bonus (up to $50K)

Project Executive – Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field required, with 8+ years of progressive experience in large-scale commercial and residential projects
Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects, including renovations, capital improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
Strong expertise in budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, vendor coordination, and project management software
Ability to work on-site in a remote environment with travel as needed for nationwide projects

Must Haves:

Lead full lifecycle of projects, including planning, resourcing, scheduling, and execution across multiple properties
Oversee renovations, expansions, and infrastructure improvements across buildings, venues, and guest-facing outlets
Communicate timelines, risks, and progress updates to ownership and senior leadership
Manage vendor bidding, contracts, and on-site execution while minimizing operational disruption

Project Executive – Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience running projects from concept through completion in both commercial and residential environments
Background overseeing multi-building renovations, new builds, and large-scale capital projects
Exposure to capital planning and long-term property development strategies
PMP, CAPM, Lean, or similar certifications with strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
