Chief Executive Officer Responsibilities

  • National B2B Sales: Expand market penetration of sustainable product portfolios into major nationwide foodservice distributors, big-box retailers, restaurant groups, and institutional buyers.

  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all eco-friendly lines maintain superior structural integrity, including cut-resistant, oil-resistant, and high-heat tolerance.

Chief Executive Officer Qualifications

  • Executive Leadership: 10+ years of executive experience (CEO, COO, or VP) in sustainable packaging, foodware manufacturing, or eco-friendly commercial goods.
  • Material & Domain Expertise: Deep operational familiarity with sugarcane bagasse processing, thermoforming, CPLA/PLA molding, or alternative bio-plastics.
  • Established Network: A proven track record of securing contracts with institutional distributors, big-box retail, and major commercial cash-and-carry wholesalers.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sustainable Materials Science, or Supply Chain Engineering is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
