Office Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, human resources, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information
- Detail-oriented approach with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
Office Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with accounting software and payroll coordination
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office setting
Office Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Oversee supplies, service contracts, and facilities coordination
- Perform basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Support payroll processes and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation
- Maintain internal procedures and operational systems, supporting process improvements and a positive team culture
