An award-winning fine dining restaurant in New Orleans is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and drive service excellence, team development, and culture.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure flawless execution of refined service standards, and partner closely with culinary leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a calm, confident leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and maintains disciplined operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all front-of-house operations with precision and professionalism
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hospitality team

Manage labor, expenses, and overall P&L performance
