Seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a growing, multi-location organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on a wide range of legal, compliance, investigative, and operational matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys managing diverse projects rather than performing repetitive legal tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal and compliance research.
  • Assist with privacy and data governance initiatives.
  • Gather information from dealerships and business units.
  • Support employee investigations and workplace matters.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Assist with corporate governance and compliance projects.
  • Support outside counsel when necessary.
  • Maintain legal documentation and records.
  • Participate in policy development and implementation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred.
  • Corporate, compliance, employment, litigation, or legal operations experience preferred.
  • Strong investigative and research skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities.
  • Experience working with multiple entities or complex organizations is highly desirable.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Paralegal certificate preferred.
