Our immigration team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters while providing outstanding client advocacy and support. This position offers flexibility, including hybrid or remote work arrangements for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage immigration cases from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies.
  • Prepare and review petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.
  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, Immigration Court, and other government agencies as appropriate.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure excellent client service.
  • Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm's immigration practice.

Qualifications

  • Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience preferred.
  • Experience handling one or more of the following:
    • Family-based immigration
    • Removal defense
    • Asylum matters
    • Waivers
    • Humanitarian petitions
    • Employment-based immigration
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Experience with eImmigration (Serenade) is a plus.
