Our immigration team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Position Summary
We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters while providing outstanding client advocacy and support. This position offers flexibility, including hybrid or remote work arrangements for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage immigration cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies.
- Prepare and review petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.
- Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, Immigration Court, and other government agencies as appropriate.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure excellent client service.
- Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm's immigration practice.
Qualifications
- Active bar license in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience preferred.
- Experience handling one or more of the following:
- Family-based immigration
- Removal defense
- Asylum matters
- Waivers
- Humanitarian petitions
- Employment-based immigration
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Experience with eImmigration (Serenade) is a plus.
