We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Multi-Unit Assistant Operations Manager to support operations across multiple fast casual locations in the metro area. This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly assesses operational needs, is passionate about developing teams and driving business performance, and has aspirations to grow in their career.

Multi-Unit Assistant Operations Manager Qualities and Responsibilities

  • 5+ years as a GM ready to take on a multi-unit role or 3 years currently in a multi-unit management role – fast-casual/quick service restaurants only
  • Drive excellence and lead teams
  • A coach mentality – the ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people
  • New restaurant opening experience is a plus
  • Desire to work hands-on with the team during service – this is not a desk job
  • Strong communication skills with zero ego
  • MUST speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Flexibility with scheduling – will be working Friday and Saturday nights
  • Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
