Corporate Pastry Chef | Greenville, SC

An established and growing Greenville restaurant group is adding a Corporate Pastry Chef to their team. Lead dessert production for a high-volume catering operation and multiple restaurant concepts. This role is based in a dedicated pastry production facility and offers strong growth potential for an experienced pastry leader.

Corporate Pastry Chef Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$90,000 base salary

Pastry Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities

• High-volume pastry or bakery production experience

• Catering, banquet, commissary, or multi-unit experience in an elevated experience setting

• Lead daily dessert production for catering and restaurant operations

• Manage and develop pastry team members

• Strong scratch baking and pastry production skills

• Cake production and decorating experience preferred

• Production planning and BEO-driven execution

• Maintain food safety and quality standards

• Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
