A Pre-Seed startup with an excellent start to their inception are looking for their very first Account Executive!
The company has built an AI driven Marketing Automation platform that automates LinkedIn marketing through executive-led content for mid-market companies. They're currently serving over 30 companies from Series A to IPO'd, including MongoDB, Rippling, and Corgi Insurance.
They're currently at 700k ARR and have an Inbound pipeline that has the ability to 5x their ARR (their goal is to get to 3 Million ARR in 5 weeks!). They're looking for an Account Executive who will own the entire customer relationship—from first conversation to long-term adoption. You're part salesperson, part strategic consultant, part customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full customer relationship end-to-end—from first demo to onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Deeply understand each customer's business goals, content strategy, and what success looks like to them
- Lead discovery conversations that get to the real problem, not just the surface ask
- Act as a strategic advisor on content motion, LinkedIn presence, and executive positioning—not just a vendor pushing features
- Run monthly strategy sessions with clients, proactively identifying opportunities and risks before they surface
- Drive multi-seat expansion by understanding how value scales across a customer's organization
- Build the Account Director playbook from scratch to enable future hires
- Be forward-deployed: go to customer offices when needed—we still do this, and it matters
- Feed customer insights directly to the founding team to shape the product roadmap
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a senior client-facing role—account management, customer success, or full-cycle sales—ideally in marketing software or tools sold to GTM and marketing leaders
- Early-stage startup experience (pre-seed to Series A) where you built process from scratch, iterated on first principles, and found the path to revenue without a playbook
- Exceptional written communication: You can write the internal memo for your champion that makes the business case clearly enough to circulate the C-Suite without you in the room

- Customer-obsessed: You genuinely care about your customers' outcomes, not just the close. You ask better questions than anyone else in the room and listen harder.
- Strategic consultant mindset: You don't just manage accounts—you advise them. You understand their business deeply enough to challenge their thinking and guide their decisions.
- Drives adoption and success: You know that a closed deal is just the beginning. You're focused on making customers successful and ensuring they get real, measurable results.
- Marketing knowledge and taste: You don't need to be a marketer, but you need to understand content strategy, social, and what good looks like—enough to advise clients credibly.
- Player-coach mentality: You're excited to be a top IC now and grow into a leader as the team scales.
- Technical aptitude: Able to explain and demo a technical product clearly without being deeply technical yourself.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and doing whatever it takes in an early-stage environment.
Compensation: 75-165k base + Commission (Uncapped) + Equity (Around 0.1%)
