Overview:

Seeking a polished, strategic, and relationship-driven professional to lead membership growth and engagement at an exclusive, ultra-luxury private social club. The Membership Director will serve as the face of the club, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and ensuring an exceptional, personalized member experience.

Membership Director Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and engage high-net-worth members.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current members, serving as their primary point of contact.
Oversee the membership sales process, from initial inquiry to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Collaborate with club leadership to define membership tiers, benefits, and engagement programs.
Maintain and analyze membership data, sales metrics, and trends to inform strategy.
Represent the club at external events, networking functions, and private gatherings.
Ensure all membership communications reflect the brand’s luxury image and high service standards.
Lead and mentor membership team members, fostering a culture of excellence and discretion.
Work closely with operations, marketing, and events teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Manage budgets related to membership marketing, events, and initiatives.

Membership Director Qualifications:

Proven track record in luxury membership sales, private clubs, or high-end hospitality.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and experience in revenue growth strategies.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Passion for delivering a world-class member experience.
Leadership experience with a high-performing team preferred.
