We are seeking a Director of Curriculum and Instruction to serve as a key academic leader and strategic partner to senior leadership within a mission-driven, faith-based high school environment. This role focuses on strengthening curriculum alignment, supporting faculty growth, and advancing instructional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with academic leadership on curriculum, instruction, and academic strategy
  • Support and coach faculty to improve teaching practices
  • Ensure curriculum alignment, rigor, and consistency across departments
  • Review course content, assessments, and instructional approaches
  • Support faculty goal-setting and professional growth
  • Use academic data to improve teaching and learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership, faculty, students, and families

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Education or related field
  • Significant secondary teaching experience
  • Experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, or faculty coaching
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
