We are seeking a Director of Curriculum and Instruction to serve as a key academic leader and strategic partner to senior leadership within a mission-driven, faith-based high school environment. This role focuses on strengthening curriculum alignment, supporting faculty growth, and advancing instructional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with academic leadership on curriculum, instruction, and academic strategy
Support and coach faculty to improve teaching practices
Ensure curriculum alignment, rigor, and consistency across departments
Review course content, assessments, and instructional approaches
Support faculty goal-setting and professional growth
Use academic data to improve teaching and learning outcomes
Collaborate with leadership, faculty, students, and families

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Education or related field
Significant secondary teaching experience
Experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, or faculty coaching
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
