Kitchen Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef or other similar positions
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, labor management, and inventory control
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in casual dining or other high-volume restaurant concepts
- Track record of improving kitchen performance, consistency, and profitability
- Ability to build a positive, results-driven kitchen culture
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on execution and accountability
