Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff and support daily restaurant operations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash-outs, and reporting
  • Uphold service standards, policies, and guest satisfaction initiatives
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with monthly inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and guest service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with POS systems; scheduling or inventory experience is a plus
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
