About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to support operations for a large-scale, high-volume hospitality and entertainment venue. This role helps drive daily operational execution, team leadership, guest experience, and operational performance across bars, entertainment programming, and shared public spaces.

The Manager is a visible, hands-on leader who supports venue leadership by developing teams, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple points of service, high guest volume, and frequent events.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Support day-to-day venue operations, ensuring consistent execution of standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak business periods and major events
  • Coordinate effectively with bar operations, entertainment, facilities, and venue teams
  • Uphold high standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience
  • Monitor operational performance and communicate opportunities for improvement
  • Assist venue leadership in maintaining operational consistency across all guest-facing areas

Bar, Beverage & Service Operations

  • Support daily execution of bar and beverage operations
  • Coach and develop bartenders and front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, service standards, and operational procedures
  • Assist with beverage inventory management, receiving, ordering, and cost-control initiatives
  • Support beverage menu rollouts, promotions, and seasonal updates
  • Maintain compliance with alcohol service policies and procedures

Operational & Financial Support

  • Support venue performance through effective labor management and scheduling
  • Monitor productivity, overtime, and staffing levels
  • Assist with inventory management and beverage cost-control efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with venue leadership on inventory counts, reporting, and operational performance metrics

People Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
  • Support the development of high-potential employees for future leadership opportunities
  • Foster a professional, energetic, and guest-focused work environment

Entertainment & Events

  • Support operational execution for live entertainment, events, and special activations
  • Help ensure appropriate staffing, readiness, and service execution during high-volume periods
  • Assist with crowd flow, guest experience, and operational adjustments as business demands change
  • Partner with venue leadership and event teams to support successful event execution

Facilities, Vendors & Compliance

  • Maintain facility standards in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed to support operations
  • Help ensure compliance with alcohol service, employment, and safety regulations
  • Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality, entertainment, nightlife, brewery, casino, sports venue, or similar environment
  • Experience supporting bar and beverage operations preferred
  • Strong floor leadership and guest service skills
  • Experience managing labor, scheduling, staffing, and operational performance
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members and supervisors
  • Experience in entertainment venues, food halls, breweries, nightlife, casinos, sports venues, or other high-volume hospitality environments preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • ServSafe and alcohol service certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-driven schedules
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
