A newly remodeled, high-profile restaurant and events venue in Granada Hills is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily operations, elevating service standards, and driving financial performance. This highly visible leadership role plays a critical part in team development, guest experience, and overall operational excellence.
Assistant General Manager Benefits/Compensation

Assistant General Manager Requirements
- 3+’ experience as an AGM or GM in high-volume, upscale dining
- Proven leadership skills with strong hospitality and coaching focus
- Experience managing both FOH and BOH teams
- Proficiency in POS systems and reporting platforms (Toast, R365, OpenTable preferred)
- Strong financial acumen including labor, inventory, and cost control oversight
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure polished, guest-focused execution
- Partner with GM to implement SOPs and uphold elevated service standards
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Drive guest satisfaction through visible floor presence and service recovery
- Support financial performance through forecasting, labor planning, and revenue initiatives
