Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead its team in executing the highest level of Guest Service. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4 or 5 Star Hotel properties and in assuming a role at a struggling property. The Ideal Candidate will embody the role of Ambassador to elevate the Guest experience to the highest level. General Manager Benefits:

Salary – $125,000 to $155,000
Bonus based on performance
Holiday pay
Sick and Vacation pay
Medical plan with contribution
401K plan

General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and develop team members
Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control
Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
Create a memorable Guest experience
Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering

General Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of 4+ Star Hotel experience as General Manager is a must
Strong background in turning around struggling hotels
Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
