Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-service upsclase/restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead FOH teams in high-volume settings
- Strong skills in scheduling, labor management, and service execution
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and decisively
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in fine dining or polished-casual concepts
- Familiarity with elevated bar and beverage programs
- Track record of improving service consistency and team accountability
- Strong collaboration with BOH leadership
