Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

3–5+ years of full-service upsclase/restaurant management experience
Proven ability to lead FOH teams in high-volume settings
Strong skills in scheduling, labor management, and service execution
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and decisively

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

Experience in fine dining or polished-casual concepts
Familiarity with elevated bar and beverage programs
Track record of improving service consistency and team accountability
Strong collaboration with BOH leadership
