Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

3+ years as General Manager in fast-casual, guest-first restaurant concepts
Proven ability to build and retain strong, engaged teams
Strong financial skills: labor management, inventory, and P&L oversight
People-first leadership style with high emotional intelligence
Committed to operational excellence and a hospitality-driven culture
Brings a humble, driven, guest-focused mindset to every shift
